Did you know...?
This plant is part of the Aeschynanthus family which is also known as Lipstick Plant because of how their flowers emerge out of the buds. The Polka Dot variety has a trailing vine that produces round leaves and pretty pink flowers.
Natively found in tropical SE Asia, this plant needs a bright spot out of direct sun and regular watering in the summer months, ensuring the soil never completely dries out. Misting is a must to help keep the leaves hydrated, and watch out for cold temperatures in the winter!
