Delivery

Nothing is better than a plant delivery! We operate our own hand delivery service covering postcodes PO1-10 & PO15-17. This area includes Portsmouth, Fareham, Waterlooville and Havant. Watch this space though as we hope to be delivering further afield really soon!

Our delivery window is Tuesday to Saturday so if you place an order after midday on a Saturday, your delivery might not take place until the following Tuesday. Please phone the shop on 02392 432840 if you need to speak to one of our Houseplant Nerds who will always go above and beyond whenever possible. A time slot cannot be guaranteed but if you have a specific request, please write this in the additional comments box during checkout and we’ll do our best. 

Delivery is £5 for orders under £50. Free delivery is available for orders over £50. 

If you or the gift receiver is not at home when delivery is attempted, our driver will decide whether it's safe to leave your order. If not possible, a card will be posted through the door with the shop contact details to arrange a re-delivery or collection.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is also available during the checkout process. Simply place your order to reserve the items and we'll get everything bagged up ready for pickup within an hour of receiving it.

Click & Collect is a free service and operates from our Elm Grove shop Tuesday to Sunday, 10am-4pm. The address is 97 Elm Grove, Southsea. PO5 1LH.

Shipping

We only post gift cards and merch UK wide at the moment. We are working very hard behind the scenes to ship everything nationwide so we encourage you to join our mailing list to keep up to date with changes to our business! 

Returns Policy

We offer a full refund or exchange on all our pots and non-perishable gift items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in a saleable condition and you have a receipt. Our houseplants are not included within our returns policy.

All our pots are checked for faults and we also encourage our customers to carry out a check before purchasing. If for any reason you have bought a pot from us and you notice a fault when you get home, please let us know straight away by phoning the shop on 02392 432840 or emailing team@roseclover.co.uk if the shop is closed. We offer a 24 hours grace period in which you can exchange faulty goods.
