We currently operate a hand delivery service to addresses with the following Portsmouth postcodes: PO1-10 & PO15-17. If you would like a delivery outside of this area, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone the shop to see if we can help.
Delivery is £5 for orders under £75. Free delivery is available for orders over £75.
We deliver Wednesday to Saturday, usually in the mornings unless otherwise specified. An exact time slot can’t be guaranteed but if you have a specific request, please add this within the additional comments at checkout and we’ll do our very best to accommodate.
During the Christmas period our deliveries are extended to include Tuesdays. Last delivery date is the 23rd of December.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is also available during the checkout process. It’s really simple: place your order and select the day you would like to pop by the shop to collect your purchases and we’ll do the rest.
Click & Collect operates from the Elm Grove shop Wednesday to Saturday, 10am-4pm. Orders are typically bagged within an hour of being placed.
From the 14th-23rd December C&C will be available on a Tuesday 10-4pm, and on the 24th December between 10-2pm.
We only post gift cards and merch UK wide at the moment, nothing else yet. This is something we are working on behind the scenes so we encourage you to join our mailing list to keep up to date with changes to our business!
We offer a full refund or exchange on all our pots and non-perishable gift items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in a saleable condition and you have a receipt. Our houseplants and jewellery are not included within our returns policy.
All our pots are checked for faults and we also encourage our customers to carry out a check before purchasing. If for any reason you have bought a pot from us and you notice a fault when you get home, please let us know straight away by phoning the shop or emailing us if the shop is closed. We offer a 24 hours grace period in which you can exchange faulty goods.
